Nobel laureate, Wole Soyinka

Daddy Freeze, has jumped on the ongoing reactions to a young man asking Wole Soyinka to vacate his seat on an airplane.

Reacting to the mixed feelings that has greeted  the young man, Daddy Freeze has come out to say that he would have done same only in a respectful manner.

Reacting to the comments that has trailed the incident, Daddy Freeze said: “I would have politely requested Nobel laureate, Wole Soyinka, to vacate my seat on a plane.”

Recall that Tonye Cole had shared an Instagram post on Monday, June 22 detailing how bad the society had become, adding that young men have lost their respect.

In a post, Daddy Freeze wrote:.

“Dear Tonye Cole, I probably would have politely done the same thing the young man did. Growing up, I was taught never to challenge my elders. In retrospect, I find it difficult to point to what this has earned us as a people? Are we more morally upright, less corrupt, safer, richer and better than nations where children are encouraged to stand up to elders? NO!” he wrote in parts.
