A Magistrate Court sitting in Ajah, Lagos State has slammed the sum of N500,000 and two responsible sureties as bail on singer, Ice Prince.
Magistrate Taiwo Oyaniyi also remanded the singer at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre pending when he meets his bail condition.
The hip-hop recording artist was arrested for allegedly assaulting an officer and threatening to throw him in the river after he was arrested for driving without license plate.
He was subsequently arraigned by the Lagos State Police Command on a three-count charge of assault, obstructing a policeman from carrying out his statutory duties and abduction.
When the counts were read to him, he pleaded not guilty. The case was adjourned for further proceedings until September 7
