A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the certificate forgery suit brought against Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State.
The suit was brought against Governor Obaseki by a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Edobor Williams.
In his judgment, Justice Ahmed Mohammed held that the plaintiffs failed to prove their claim that Obaseki forged the academic certificates he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), before the last governorship election in the state.
