Don-Jazzy-and-Dbanj

As entertainment buffs continue to ponder if Don Jazzy and D’banj will ever team up again one question, which needs to be answered presently is which of the two is doing better.

This question becomes important because at the peak of their dispute many had said that Don Jazzy was just the boss of the group while D’banj was the cash cow came to fore.

Although, the artistes are doing well, signing endorsements, with Dbanj having his Glo deal renewed, being the ambassador of Agroprenuere and more recently, the fact that he has dropped very few successful singles since parting ways with Don Jazzy must also be considered.

The situation for D’banj is such that besides his hit with On Top Of The World, and Cocoa Na Chocolate every other song he has touched has come out bad. Successful singles, which D’banj has remixed has come out with a sour taste.

While things look bleak for D’banj musically it is not the same with Don Jazzy who quickly moved on from Mohit Records to Mavin Records.

With Dr. Sid, Tiwa Savage, D Prince and Wande Coal, Don Jazzy rebuilt the gang and today they are unarguably the best set of artistes producing the biggest hits in Nigeria and also signing some of the most impressive ambassadorial deal such as Don Jazzy’s MTN ambassador deal, his Samsung deal and his Loyal Milk endorsement.

From Dorobucci to Surulere Don Jazzy has won the hearts of music lovers locally and internationally, even producing the albums of Tiwa Savage and Dr. Sid.

Definitely, the world is at Don Jazzy’s feet.
