The National Leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria.
He returned to the country after spending a month abroad.
According to reports, he arrived in the country on Sunday, January 24, having been sighted at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, in the company of some of his aides.
Though the politician did not disclose why he travelled out of the country, there are reports that he was hospitalised in Paris, France, after falling ill.
His spokesperson, Tunde Rahman, however, denied reports that the politician had contracted COVID-19.
Rahman said: “Asiwaju is healthy and does not have COVID-19’’.
