Recall that in the fallout of Bobrisky being awarded the award of the best dressed female at the premiere of Ajanaku, Amusa had revealed in a video posted on her social media account that she staged a walk out from the event after the cross-dresser was declared the best dressed female at the event.

She also went on to say that if the organisers of the event wanted to give Bobrisky the award at all cost, they should have created a Best Cross-dresser category, while also berating Femi Adebayo for allowing himself to be used as the tool for such an announcement.

Reacting to Amusa, Adebayo asked her if it was his success that was troubling her.

Also, Adebayo’s wife, Aladuke, had a spat online with Amusa slamming her for publicly calling out her husband when she could have called him and privately expressed her disappointment. She went as far as calling Amusa a ‘’Hypocrite and evil minded”.

In her reaction, Amusa  said that she stands by what she said and warned Aladuke not to push the mayter further.

She also posted a video on IG, calling Adebayo a fool for thinking she was jealous of his success.

She said she was surprised that he would even think of such just because they are having a misunderstanding.

The actress mentioned that Adebayo had called her earlier in the day asking that she does another video recording as damage control. She said she was skeptical if it will not affect the event they went for.

She mentioned that Adebayo told her it was necessary as the Muslim Society had called him condemning him for supporting LGBTQ in Nigeria and that the police had even invited him for questioning for supporting homosexuality.

Amusa said herself and Adebayo then had a three way call with the organizer of the event and that the organizer mentioned to her that she should hold on so she can brainstorm with her team to know whether the damage-control video from Adebayo would be necessary.

Amusa said that she was still waiting for the response when Adebayo’s wife took to social media to call her out, heaping insults on her. She said she is not apologetic for saying Bobrisky should never have been announced as the best dressed female at an event.
