The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), has cautioned organizers of the Big Brother Naija reality show.
The caution came following violation of broadcasting codes by the reality show.
The reality show was criticized for its ‘unwholesome’ contents shared on TV channels where the reality show is aired.
NBC Director General, Mallam Ishaq Kawu, confirmed the caution given to the organizers of the show at a press conference which held on Wednesday, September 25, adding that 45 other broadcasting stations were fined in the second quarter of 2019 for breaching its rule on abusive, hate and inflammatory broadcast.
