The artistes were unveiled at a Press Conference, which was held on Tuesday, September 9, at Protea Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
Themed Garment of Praise, the concert, slated to be held at the Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Onikan, Lagos, on Friday, 3 October 2025, will see an interchange between God and attendees.
Speaking at the Press Conference, the convener of the concert, Dr. Gbenga Daniel Adebayo, noted that the Luli Concert was conceived in 2016, not by human ambition, but through the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit, with the mandate to raise an altar of praise to Almighty God.

According to him, since its inception, Luli Concert has grown to a sacred assembly of believers. He added that every song rendered, every word spoken, every testimony shared, and every act of service given at LC9 would be an offering to Almighty God.

On the inspiration behind the theme “Garment of Praise”, taken from the book of Isiah 61 verse 3, the convener said that it is a reminder that even in the midst of challenges, God clothes his people, the church, through praise. He added that LC9 is designed to be more than just a concert, noting that it’s a spiritual encounter, a soul-lifting gathering where thousands converge and millions online with join hearts and vision to praise the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, God Almighty, the lifter of our head.
Yetunde Akinlalu, chairperson of Luli Concert 2025, noted that the vision of Luli Concert remains firmly anchored in cultivating vibrant worship among believers.
“Our theme this year is ‘Garment of Praise’ — a reminder that praise is both our response and our weapon in times of trial.
“Despite the challenges our nation faces, there is so much to give thanks for. It’s therefore vital that we raise our voices in worship, prayer, and praise this year,” she said.
Programmes lined up to precede the concert include a medical outreach, meant to serve underserved communities, a music masterclass and choirmasters conference, aimed at training young gospel creatives, Luli Walk, a health fitness walk intended to promote physical and mental well-being, a vigil, and an open mic challenge for emerging talents who are not privileged to perform at the main stage of Luli Concert.
LC9 is also debuting a “Back to School” initiative designed to support children from underprivileged backgrounds with educational supplies as they resume school.
Convened by El Berachah Worship Ministry, the free event, which debuted in 2016, with the vision of raising an altar of praise to God, seeks to establish a powerful platform for promoting God’s Word, leading authentic worship, and interceding for the nation through unreserved praise.
Today, Luli Concert has become one of Nigeria’s most recognized gospel gatherings, attracting thousands of worshippers and featuring both established and upcoming gospel artists.
