It is safe to assume that fans of Timaya know he is been alleged of rape by a lady simply identified as Shilla.
Rather than keep mum on the story the Egberi Papa One of Bayelsa has decided to speak out.
Timaya has denied raping Shilla saying what he had with her was actually consensual sex adding that he is actually been blackmailed, as Shilla actually demanded $50,000 from him.
Timaya hooked up with Shilla during his recent tour of America and the two met in his Atlanta hotel having been on talking terms for almost a year prior to the meeting.
Interestingly, fans of the singer are now asking if he has indeed spoken the truth behind the allegation trailing him.
