Dr. Austin Onwumere, Group Chairman, Property World Africa Network (PWAN), is one of such men.
His love for humanity and in extension his staff has never been a subject of doubt, as he regularly showers them with praises, words of encouragement and gifts.
He left several of his staff in tears of joy recently when the firm’s annual thanksgiving for 2020 held, giving out 14 cars and other gifts items.
The unique event took place at the Lighthouse Event Center located within the premises of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Ajah.
Dr. Onwumere’s gesture could only have been described as PWAN’s way of saying a hearty thank you to all its hardworking staff, affiliates, and partners, for their extraordinary contributions to sprawling successes of the real estate giant.
One of the star prize was a Lexus Jeep 350 2010 model. It went to Barrister Lynda Oma, a Team Manager for PWAN Max, winner of the highest salesperson award for the year.
Presenting the car to Barrister Oma, Dr. Onwumere encouraged PWAN staff and partners to always apply the principles of success, embrace careful planning and set out each day resolutely to achieve their set goals.
The chairman and his wife also used the opportunity to boost the welfare and morale of their household staff, giving out cars, lands, and salary increment to several of them.
Other beneficiaries from the largesse include Miss Anita Lawson, Erubo Ayemoje, Nduka Echime, Blessing Ekpo, Chemi Oma Victor, and Dolapo Abioye.
Also among those who smiled home with cars were PWAN Accounts Officer and the Administrative Officer, Mr. Simeon, and Ogboafi Ifoma Joyce.
