This is one theory which erstwhile Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode should know.
Since the end of his tenure as Lagos State governor, Ambode has struggled to prevent an investigation into his controversial acquisition of 820 buses estimated at over N45 billion.
A committee set up by the Lagos State House of Assembly was stopped from carrying out its responsibilities when Ambode sought an injunction from the court to stop them from investigating him.
However, having argued the injunction granted and established that Ambode has a case to answer, the chubby and dark-complexioned man has again returned requesting that the case be reassigned to a new judge.
The moves of the former first citizen of Lagos State to stop the investigation have seen followers questioning his fears especially as he maintains his hands are clean.
