Abdulsalami Abubakar set to give out daughter in wedlock

The town of Minna, Niger State, will soon rock as information available to The Octopus, has it that former military leader, Abdulsalami Abubakar, is set to give out one of his daughter in wedlock.

The party will also serve as an opportunity for Northern socialites and top party lovers in the south to see the face of the elusive head of state, who handed over to a civilian government after a long period of military rule.

We learnt the event is being planned on a high pedestal by Fatima Abubakar, mother of the bride and Chief Justice of Niger State. If everything goes as planned, the shindig will hold before the end of the month.
