When 9ice announced that he was considering a career in politics a lot of people wondered what could have motivated it.
The artiste has finally revealed the reason behind his decision.
In a recent chat, 9ice said he and his crew went on a visitation and they brought some little gift items along.
He revealed how people were struggling and fighting for little things such as Saint Louis Sugar.
According to him, their reaction motivated him to look into what was causing the suffering. The act; revealed that he soon realized that it was bad representation from the so called graduate of Cambridge and Harvard University representing them in politics.
9ice had earlier been criticized for attempting to dump music for politics without the Grammy Award he promise to win someday and so we asked him how soon he would be going into politic and here is what he told us, “not anytime soon.”
Furthermore; 9ice said another reason why he wants to be a politician is due to the fact that people now have the notion that you have to be a graduate of Harvard University or Harvard Business School before you can aspire to lead your people.
Abolore Adigun; said politics is not about qualifications and spoken English, but believes, leadership style and vision.
Asked what he would change in his constituency if elected 9ice revealed that he only met the man representing his people in the House of Representative once and that was during his campaign. 9ice said till date the man has only tarred a road and erected four street lights in his constituency. This he concluded wasn’t good enough.
