Ladi Adebutu’s Gubernatorial Ambition Suffers Setback

Ladi Adebutu’s ambition of becoming the Ogun State Governor come 2019 is no secret.
His ambition of occupying the Oke Mosan Government House is what has seen the member House of Representatives building his political structure all this while.
However, that ambition might have suffered a setback with Adebutu’s recent expulsion from the Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Adebutu was not expelled alone, as the likes of former Governor Gbenga Daniel, factional chairman, Sikirullai Ogundele and factional state Secretary, Tolu Bankole were also sent packing from the party.
The crisis rocking the party in the state has been on for a long while and to extinguish it meant that the parties formenting trouble had to go.
This situation, according to grassroots politicians in the state, is likely to affect Adebutu’s ambition, as he might have to find another party on whose platform he can pursue his dreams.
