Music Is Now For The Extremely Rich-Adasa Cookey

Music video director, Adasa Cookey has revealed that music is no more for everybody.
According to him, music is now for the extremely rich.
Speaking during a chat with www.theoctopusnews.com, the video director said: “back in the day’s talent was key.
This was in the days when the Ajegunle boys were popular. However, now everybody wants to sing and it’s no more about talent as long as they have a rich uncle supporting them somewhere.
Further, Adasa Cookey said music is now for the extremely rich. If you want to seriously promote a single you will have to spend at least a million naira or N1.5 million. And the truth is that you are not even guaranteed the song will be a hit.
