Critics come after Frank Edwards

The president and founder of Port Harcourt-based Daba Ministries International, Sir Itode Iloye, is a successful preacher.
The good-looking cleric, whose church is known more as Prophetic Embassy, is angry at the way most Christians behave and their lack of discerning spirit not to know the difference between miracles and magic.
He is not also happy about the fact that not all gospel musicians are anointed to sing but are merely talented, compared to the likes of Voice of the Cross and Harcourt Whyte, among others, of days of yore.
Iloye added that the new generation of gospel acts sing for their bellies, and wondered why an act like Frank Edwards would charge almost N1.5 million for a programme while the minister that preached at the same event would be paid N200,000.
The cleric, who has Rev. Dr. Patrick Awuzie as his role model in evangelism, Prophet T.B. Joshua in prophecy and Bishop Dag Howard Mills in writing, advised upcoming gospel artistes to pray for the gift and hear from God first before they go into gospel music.
