An aunt of late Nigerian singer, Mohbad, has revealed why his mother left him with his dad at the age of 12 when her marriage ended.
In a viral video, the woman refuted claims that Mohbad’s mom abandoned him.
According to her, the late singer’s mom was only allowed to leave with her last child when her marriage ended.
The aunt said that Mohbad’s mom was always in contact with her three other children under her ex-husband’s care after she left.
The elderly woman added that Mohbad had warned them when he was alive not to come out on social media to speak about what he was going through because of their safety.
