Aristokrat Group prides itself on discovering and nurturing talents.

Indeed, the platform has discovered a handful of average artistes with the biggest to date being Burna Boy.

However, it appears to have derailed in ideology, joining the bandwagon syndrome of entertainment companies and individuals signing deals with Universal Group Music (UGM).

Aristokrat Group recently announced a partnership with Universal Music France (UMF), a division of UMG.

The partnership is a label and publishing deal through Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG).

Through the partnership, Aristokrat Group and UMG will work together to discover and develop exciting new African talent, giving artistes and songwriters the opportunity to reach global audiences.

The ability of the deal to benefit Aristokrat Group’s artistes such as Kel P, JujuboyStar, and Tneeya has however been questioned, especially with Tiwa Savage one of UMG’s earlier signees struggling to shine since joining.

2Baba is supposed to be one of the model musicians of the Nigerian entertainment industry.

However, the artiste appears to have had enough of Nigerian men of God, as it appears that he has gone down the curve.

He took to social media to slam pastors, Imams, and religious leaders who have failed in their duty.

In a Twitter post, the singer asked clergymen to stop “embarrassment God everywhere.”

Rapist: Peruzzi Apologises For Old Tweet




Davido Music Worldwide artiste, Peruzzi, has been swimming in a pool of rape controversy for days.

This follows an allegation of rape which has been trailing him since the alleged incident took place in 2012.

Though he has maintained that he has never raped anybody, old tweets where he confirmed his support for the dastardly act and others where he actually painted himself as a rapist have since emerged.

Following the tweets, Peruzzi has been forced to release an official statement where he maintained that he has never raped or sexually assaulted anybody in his life.

The statement released on Thursday, May 6 saw the musician apologising for his old tweets and his endorsement of rape.

Fire: Peruzzi Reacts To Old Tweets About Being A Rapist




Musician, Peruzzi, has reacted to been called a rapist after his old tweets where he bragged about raping girls emerged.

Shocker: Emerging Old Tweets Confirm Peruzzi Is A Rapist

In the tweets, some of which dates back to between 2010 to 2013, the singer spoke casually about raping women, threatened to rape women and admitted to rape.

He even joked about the cost of a rape fine in a tweet.

“Rape fine na 5k dolls abi? Abi e don increase. Lol,” he wrote in March 2012.

In others tweets, he said things like, “I will rape her”, “person wey I don rape already”, and “rape am if she no gree”.

The screenshots were available on his timeline until about two hours ago when he began deleting them after a woman accused him of raping her in 2012.

Responding after the screenshots of his old tweets were shared by multiple Twitter users, Peruzzi, wrote: “MY NAME IS OKOH TOBECHUKWU, I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER BE A RAPIST.”

Twitter users however asked him to explain his old tweets that seemed to glorify rape.
