One of such dreams is the shock ambition of Ibe Kachikwu, the Minister of State, Petroleum Resources and President of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
The gist making the round is that without a structure, Kachikwu is positioning himself to become the next Governor of Delta State. While the man holds the impression that he has what it takes to occupy the office of the first citizen come 2019, some people have begged to differ.
Those who know the workings of Delta State politics have been quick to make jest of Kachikwu’s ambition, likening it to that of erstwhile Managing Director of Diamond Bank Plc, Alex Otti.
