Venita Akpofure has jumped on the misunderstanding between Fancy Acholonu and actor, Alex Ekubo.
Acholonu and Ekubo had been a couple before they fell out and called off their engagement.
Days back, Acholonu surfaced on social media to tender an apology to Ekubo for being too outspoken when they parted ways. However, barely hours after apologising, she returned to say that Ekubo had coerced her into apologising on social media.
Also, she accused Alex of refusing to get intimate with her in their five years of dating, adding that she had moved on and was making her decision herself.
However, reacting to Acholonu’s revelations, actress and reality show star, Venita Akpofure slammed the model.
Reacting to Acholonu’s account of what transpired, the former BBNaija housemate questioned her motive. Further, she opined that it would be difficult for future partners to build trust with the model.
She tweeted;
“This Girl sha…won’t be easy for future partners to build trust with you AT ALL. Almost every woman in this world has AT some point be deceived/betrayed/cheated on. It’s wrong but nobody died. There are no kids, property or legalities involved. What is actually your MOTIVE?
Following a backlash from her initial post, Akpofure shared another tweet saying that there are women whose stories are yet to be told even though they are in worse situations.
The actress wrote;
Abeg make una get out.There r women who have had all their teeth knocked out & are homeless with their children on the street.Some are lied to & contracted life diseases.So much pain n trauma. Is it because they are not with public figures?! Who is tellin their story?
