However, when the reason for being celebrated is too impressive, the celebrator becomes a subject of awe. This is where renowned interior decorator and Managing Director of RichAdams Interior Design, Rachael Omon Oijagbah has found herself.
Her joy knew no bounds when she was recently conferred with the prestigious status of HighBrigde Sales Ambassador by the Managing Director of HighBrigde Homes, Engineer Olawale Popoola.
Oijagbah was conferred with the status for her feat in the real estate company’s marketing department, having sealed deals resulting in the sales of 12 plots in HighBrigde Lagoon View Estate, a prime property located in Eputu, adjacent Mayfair Garden off Ajah-Epe Express Way, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
In her happy mood, Oijagbah said that she would lose nothing if she ditched her interior decoration business in preference to real estate marketing which earned her the status which came with a car and other juicy incentives such as all-expenses paid trips locally and abroad.
“Oijagbah is now a certified HighBrigde Homes Brand Ambassador. The sky is her limit; she can continue to win cars as far as she continues to promote the brand everywhere she goes.

Further, Engineer Popoola said that she will also earn a quarterly performance bonus, adding that above all, she had been admitted as non-active member of the board of Directors of HighBrigde Homes Limited.
Revealing the secret of her success, Oijagbah said it lays in her ability to understand the nature of a property before she begins to convince a prospective buyer to invest in the real estate product she wants to sell.
