After a long period of not being politically active, many had hoped that Senator Olorunnimbe Mamora would bounce back into the scene with an appointment as ambassador.
However, that dream ended as it began with the Senate failing to confirm Mamora’s appointment.
The development has seen the man back to where he was before the idea of his being made an ambassador came to fore.
Regarded as a man of high intelligence, it is yet amazing that Mamora has been an idle hand since his time at the Senate eclipsed.
