News Step Aside, Atiku Abubakar Tells President Tinubu Published 7 months ago on January 30, 2024 By The Octopus News Admin Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the 2023 general election, has urged President Bola Tinubu to step aside if governing Nigeria is too much for him. Atiku stated this in reaction to Tinubu embarking on a private visit to France at a time when insecurity was on the increase across the country. Atiku who berated President Tinubu in a statement released on his X handle, said Tinubu is playing fiddle while Nigeria is drowning. He asked the President to step down if he feels the shoes are too big for him to fill. He wrote; ‘’Tinubu is playing fiddle while Nigeria is drowning in the ocean of insecurity. To imagine that the Commander-in-Chief is on a so-called private visit while kidnappers kill a nursing mother and grandmother in Abuja for failing to pay N90m ransom and two monarchs in Ekiti, among other regular tragedies besetting Nigerians. If the shoes are too big for Emilokan, he should step aside. Nigeria does not need another Tourist-in-Chief. The country needs 24/7 leadership to confront the pervasive insecurity and collapsing economy.” Post Views: 367 Related Topics:Atiku AbubakarAtiku Abubakar Tells President TinubuPDPPeoples Democratic PartyPresident Bola TinubuStep Aside Up Next Gunmen Abduct Pupils, Teachers In Ekiti State Don't Miss Three Members Of St Mark Anglican Church Die In Auto Crash You may like I Promise Good Governance: President Tinubu Tells Nigerians in China Don’t Worsen Our Pains, Yoruba Elders To Tinubu PDP Reacts To Increase In Fuel Pump Price New Pump Price: Protest Erupt In Delta State Photos From President Tinubu’s Official Visit To China Abdulsamad Rabiu Disappoints Nigerians With Elusive N3,500 Per Bag Cement Click to comment Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
