News Step Aside, Atiku Abubakar Tells President Tinubu Published 2 years ago on January 30, 2024 By The Octopus News Admin Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the 2023 general election, has urged President Bola Tinubu to step aside if governing Nigeria is too much for him. Atiku stated this in reaction to Tinubu embarking on a private visit to France at a time when insecurity was on the increase across the country. Atiku who berated President Tinubu in a statement released on his X handle, said Tinubu is playing fiddle while Nigeria is drowning. He asked the President to step down if he feels the shoes are too big for him to fill. He wrote; ‘’Tinubu is playing fiddle while Nigeria is drowning in the ocean of insecurity. To imagine that the Commander-in-Chief is on a so-called private visit while kidnappers kill a nursing mother and grandmother in Abuja for failing to pay N90m ransom and two monarchs in Ekiti, among other regular tragedies besetting Nigerians. If the shoes are too big for Emilokan, he should step aside. Nigeria does not need another Tourist-in-Chief. The country needs 24/7 leadership to confront the pervasive insecurity and collapsing economy.” Post Views: 623 Related Topics:Atiku AbubakarAtiku Abubakar Tells President TinubuPDPPeoples Democratic PartyPresident Bola TinubuStep Aside Up Next Gunmen Abduct Pupils, Teachers In Ekiti State Don't Miss Three Members Of St Mark Anglican Church Die In Auto Crash You may like APC Youth Congress Attributes PDP’s Bye-Elections Loss To Governor Lawal 2027: Senator Moro Says Obi May Rejoin PDP EFCC Declares Atiku’s Son In-law, Bashir Haske Wanted Over Money Laundering Allegation Zamfara: Matawalle’s Former Adviser Defeats Governor Dauda Lawal’s PDP in Resounding Bye-Election Victory Bye-Elections: Group Demands Badaru’s Sack No Regret Working Against Against Atiku In 2023-Ortom Click to comment Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
