Solidstar Goes Controversial With New Song, ‘Ala’

Years after parting ways with his former record label, Achievas Entertainment, Solidstar real name Joshua Iniyezo has returned with a fight.
The act, who supposedly left his old label on mutual understanding following the end of his contract in 2017, recently returned with claims that his ex-label boss never wanted to see him happy.
In a social media post, he started a banter which crisscrossed generating over N200 million for his old label, while the label revealed he did not generate 10 percent of the N100 million invested in him in 10 years.
Coming days after dropping his single titled ‘Ala’, there have been possers about Solidstar starting the noise to promote his new single.
Ala, Solidstar’s new song sends a message of a sort, as it sees him talking about his money, a major talking point in the controversy between him and his ex-label.
