Musician Wizkid seems to be getting more controversial by the day.
Months back, having taken on Baseline Music’s First Lady Saeon, following an allegation that he failed to fulfill the terms of a contract, he is back to take on another artiste on the same label, Skales.
Trouble started when Skales asked a fan on a social media site which of his favourite stars he would love to see on his upcoming debut album, “Man of the Year,” and the fans asked for Wizkid.
Skales’s response of “Wizkid doesn’t have my time,” was followed by a comment from Wizkid himself that he is available anytime the Baseline Entertainment act is ready.
Skales’s prompting that Wizkid should show real support rather than just saying it seemed to have angered the EME artiste, leading to a war of words between them.
Other artistes who Wizkid has fought on the social media in recent times include co-founder of EME, Banky W, boss of HKN Gang, Davido, music producer, Samklef, Tonto Dikeh, J. Martins and Cyrus Da Virus.
