Journalist, Jackson Ude, has tagged Blessing Osom as the girlfriend of former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Godswill Akpabio.

According to Udeh, Akpabio looted N215 billion from Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), an agency which he heads.

Further, he said that Akpabio allegedly cooled off during the weekend at an Abuja hotel with Ossom and allegedly gave her $50k to wage war against Emmanuel Udom who is the Governor of Akwa Ibom State.

However, reacting to the allegation, Ossom stated that she shouldn’t be insulted with $50k because she makes good money daily.
