Days back, Bello El-Rufai, son of Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, threatened to “pass” a Twitter user’s mother around to his friends.
He had tweeted: “Tell your mother I’m passing her to my friends tonight.”
The threat which sounded like a sex crime was not taken lightly, as he was heavily criticised for his tweet.
Days after, he has tendered an apology after his mother who initially stood by him also changed her position and apologised.
