Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei, the Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has collapsed.
Pondei slumped during the investigative session of the House of Representatives.
The NDDC is being probed by the House of Representatives over how it spent N81.5 billion in the first five months of the year.
The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, is also at the hearing.
