President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has condemned the heinous attacks in Plateau State, ordering the immediate apprehension of those responsible.
Plateau State has witnessed a series of brutal attacks, particularly in Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi Local Government Areas.
The attacks resulted in the attacks led to the loss of over 60 lives on Christmas Eve, December 24.
A statement released by Ajuri Ngelali, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, states that the President has ordered security agencies to immediately move in, scour every stretch of the zone, and apprehend the culprits.
‘’The President also directs immediate mobilization of relief resources for surviving victims of the primitive and cruel attacks as well as medical treatment for the wounded.” the statement in part read
While condoling with the government and the people of Plateau State, President Tinubu assured Nigerians that those responsible will not escape justice.
