Daily Trust reports that while commissioning the 22km Fargo-Katsayal-Kwasarawa-Jirdede-Koza road Kastina State, the President had raised eyebrows when he noticed policemen in the drizzling rain without raincoats.

He reportedly asked the most senior police officer at the venue, an AIG, “Why did you leave your men in rain, without raincoats?” The AIG is said to have stayed silent, and the president then stated that he would raise the issue with the IGP.

Soldiers at the venue reportedly had raincoats on.
