Photos From Late Subomi Balogun’s Burial Ceremony

The remains of billionaire businessman and founder of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Otunba Subomi Balogun was laid to rest on Saturday, July 8.
The funeral service which held at Cathedral Church of Our Saviour in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State attracted several notable personalities in the country including the Nigeria’s Vice-President, Kashim Shettima, who represented President Bola Tinubu.
Also in attendance were Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor Dapo Abiodun, Gen. Yakubu Gowon (rtd.) and many others.
Balogun who was a banking icon, and philanthropist passed away on May 18 at the age of 89. He is survived by his wife, Olori Abimbola, children and grandchildren.
