Nigerian singer, Orezi has shared details of how he escaped death in a fire incident that saw his multimillion-naira Lekki mansion burnt down.
The music artiste who appreciated God for life noted that he was not at home when the fire outbreak occurred.
Orezi whose real name is Esegine Allen added that he was attending a conference in Lekki County when the incident happened, as it was his neighbour, Bobrisky, the popular crossdresser, who informed him that his house was on fire.
Reflecting on the incident, Orezi wrote: “I was at a meeting in Lekki County last night. When I got a call from my neighbour Bobrisky that my house was on fire, I initially thought this was a joke. I was like, Which kind yeye joke Bob Dey give me? So immediately I raced down to my house. What I saw broke me. “Last night was really hectic. Still trying to figure out and wrap my head around all that happened, I am sitting here asking myself why me God is indeed merciful. I can’t thank God enough.”
