Comrade Okpokwu Ogenyi has described Olumide Akpata, a former Chairman of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), as part of the failed agenda of Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State.
Ogenyi stated this in a political program monitored on NTA on Tuesday, March 5, adding that Obaseki was trying to bring the Labour Party (LP), and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), together to challenge the APC in the election.
Asked if Akpata is a threat to the chances of the APC, he noted that the former NBA chairman couldn’t be considered a threat.
Speaking during the program, he described Edo State as one of the failed states in Nigeria, adding that it has one of the poorest drainage systems.
He also noted that the All Progressive Party (APC), is ready to take over power in the forthcoming election, adding that the APC has ninety percent of the people that are ready to vote in the coming election.
