Olamide’s YBNL Empire Expands

YBNL, the empire of Olamide Adedeji aptly called Olamide Badoo in the music scene is gradually but surely expanding.
Having been home to artistes such as Lil Kesh, Adekunle Gold, Viktoh, Davolee, Temmie Ovwasa, Lyta, Limerick and others, the platform has established itself as a launch pad for young talents.
In one of his interviews, Olamide described YBNL as a fledging ground for young artistes who after finding their foot can take off on their own.
Since its establishment, YBNL has proved a worthy home for several artistes. Today, some of these artistes are doing well on their own with credit to nominations and plaques in some of the best awards ever organised in the country and even outside.
The lead artiste on the label is however not satisfied, as he continues to expand his empire.
Recently, Olamide introduced three new acts to his label. Rapper Picazo, FireboyDML and Yomi Blaze joined the label in an unofficial form, as always the style of Olamide.
Having followed Picazo on social media on Friday, September 12, Olamide couldn’t help bringing him on his platform after listening to his flows. The same applies to Yomi Blaze whose talent also enticed Olamide to bring him on board.
Announcing the arrival of Yomi Blaze, Olamide wrote on his twitter handle “welcome to YBNL, never walk alone.”
Acknowledging the talent of Yomi Blaze, Adekunle said he knew the artiste was meant for the top after watching his video.
For Yomi Blaze, FireboyDML and Picazo, this is surely the time to hit the music industry in a big way.
