Clement Ikolo, the Delta monarch who was declared wanted by the Nigerian military along with eight other suspects in the killing of 17 military personnel in Okuama Community has spoken up about the incident.
Speaking to Galaxy TV, the traditional ruler of Ewu Community in Ughelli South local government area of Delta State said he was shocked to see his name on the list of wanted persons.
He described the killing of the military personnel as a heinous crime which is against his personality and religious beliefs.
The monarch further revealed that he doesn’t have access to his kingdom and he’s surprised to be declared wanted as the Delta State government is aware of his predicament.
He urged the Nigerian Army to dig deeper to uncover those behind the crime.
