Nigeria has officially recorded its second case of coronavirus (Covid-19).
Minister of Health, Osagie Enahire, confirmed the case, adding that it was an offshoot of the index case involving an Italian.
Dr Ehanire stated this on Monday, March 9, at a press conference in Benin, Edo State.
According to him, the victim had contact with the Italian during his visit to Ogun State.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control said in a tweet that the victim is one of those being isolated.
