Fuji music act, Saheed Osupa, has cleared the speculation of animosity been spread about him and fellow entertainer, K1.
Osupa revealed that those circulating the rumour that he was embarrassed because he did not perform during the wedding of K1’s daughter were ignorant.
Speaking with www.theoctopusnews.com, he said he was invited to the event as a guest and not as a performing artiste. As such, it would be wrong for him to have decided to entertain at the event.
Furthermore, he revealed that the only reason why he would have performed at the event was if the host had asked him to, even as he insisted that he had no issue with K1. According to him, the whole talk of animosity between Osupa and K1
started following a misinformation. In his words, “my relationship with K1 was strained by people who were telling him negative things about me, but K1 knows who I am; what I can say and what I can do now.”
On the fact that he was paid to make an appearance at the event in order to generate controversy, the artiste said there is no truth in the allegation at all.
According to him, he went to honour a senior colleague, whose daughter was getting married period.
