It was nothing short of pure emotions when former label mates and siblings, Jude Abaga popularly known as MI and Jesse Jagz real name Jesse Abaga were reunited on stage yesterdayWednesday, October 29, 2014 as Industry Nite hosted an album listening party for his new album,” Chairman”.
Jesse Jagz who was full of praises and appreciation to his brother for helping him establish his music career, was initially reluctant to join MI on stage, but the crowd where not getting any of that. As they called on him to join him Mi on stage.
He eventually did join him and the duo went on to perform some of their greatest hits together like “The Greatest” , “Nobody Test Me” amongst others to the delight of guests in attendance
It will be recalled that in 2013 Jesse Jagz parted ways with his record label at the the time “Chocolate City” on grounds of irreconcilable differences. He then went on to establish his own label Jagz Nation, the label upon which he released his first solo album “Thy Nation Come” as an independent artist which many described as the best rap albums in over a decade.
