LASUBEB Executive Chairman Inspect Primary School***Assure Better Welfare For Workers, Pupils

The newly appointed Executive Members of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB), have hit the ground running.

Following their appointment, the members have commenced visition of schools in the state kicking off with St. Agnes Primary School in Maryland, Lagos State.

Led by its Executive Chairman Hon.Wahab Alawiye-King, members of the board inspired the student, encouraging them to focus on their education, while promising that they will promote an effective teaching and learning environment.

Addressing officials of SUBEB, Local Government Education Secretaries, NUT, the Chairman urged them to always remember the new Mantra of the Board to LEAVE NO CHILD BEHIND, as he promised the cooperation of the board in the improvement of their welfare. “We are starting our tenure by seeking for your cooperation and support, we will also give you the necessary support and resources to fulfill your assignment.

The board members toured the facility of SUBEB Headquarters and assured all staff that it’s a new era in SUBEB.

Hon. Dayo Israel, a board member, while addressing the staff said “our interest is in taking Lagos Education to a greater height and we will not fail by the grace of God.”
