An indefinite nationwide strike declared on Tuesday, November 14 by organised labour in Nigeria has been suspended.
The strike was called off hours after the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu, and the Minister of Labour and Employment, Simon Lalong, met leaders of the organised labour over the nationwide strike.
Ribadu had also said that those who caused the strike by attacking the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) president, Joe Ajaero, have been arrested.
