The passengers were released by their abductors in Kogi State

The Kogi State Command of the Nigeria Police Force said all the hostages have now been released. The command’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) SP William Aya, confirmed the release of the hostages on Thursday, February 8.

He, however, did not explain whether the victims were rescued by security operatives of the command or whether ransom was paid ransom to the kidnappers before they were set free.

“Just been informed by the DPO that all the kidnapped victims of God Is Good Motors and ABC regained their freedom,” Aya said.
