Democratic Presidential candidate, Joe Biden has won the November 3 election.
Biden won the election with total college vote of 273 against Donald Trump with 214.
The winning vote came after Biden claimed Pennsylvania (20 college vote) in the early hours of Saturday, November 7.
With counting of votes still on, Biden is still leading in Navada, Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina.
