Gunmen Attack AIG’s Convoy In Bauchi, Kill Orderly

Unknown gunmen in Bauchi State have attacked the convoy of an Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG).

During the attack on the convoy, the orderly to the AIG in charge of Zone 12, Audu Adamu Madaki was killed.

According to reports, the attack occurred on Tuesday, August 2, at Barde Zangidi area of the State.

Eons Intelligence, an intelligence organisation via its verified Twitter handle on Wednesday morning stated that, AIG Madaki sustained bullet injury while his orderly was shot dead by the attackers.

The organisation wrote: “The Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) in charge of Zone 12 and his convoy were attacked yesterday 2 August 2022 at about 1430hrs at Barde Zangidi area of Bauchi State. The AIG sustained bullet injury while the orderly was shot dead.”
