The Oyo State branch of the All Progressive Congress (APC), has reiterated the need for Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State to explain the source of his wealth.
This comes after the governor published his certified Asset Declaration Form which showed he was worth over N48 billion.
Reacting to this development, the chairman of the Oyo State Chapter of the APC, Akin Oke, in a chat with newsmen, said the governor must explain the source of his wealth.
According to him, Governor Makinde just declared what he has in assets but he did not disclose how he came about such an enormous amount of wealth. Oke stressed that it was important for the governor to come forward and give a detailed explanation on how he made such money.
