A death tale trailing legendary singer Majek Fashek has been rubbished.
According to reports, Majek Fashek, passed on late last night at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in England, having suffered from Schizophrenia.
However, the singer’s manager, Uzoma Omenka, has refuted the dead claims. Uzoma who is still in the United Kingdom described the rumour as false.
A known associate of the musician who spoke under condition of annonimity said the veteran singer has not died.
“Majek is not dead, I have been recieving calls from journalists since yesterday asking if he is dead. He is still in hospital. I have been speaking with his manager since yesterday, and its all false,” he said.
Recall that Majek Fashek’s manager had announced his sickness, adding that the musician needed to be helped before he passes on.
