DB Records boss, D’banj, is keeping mum over an alleged debt rumour, which is currently trailing him.
The Koko Master has refused to comment on the speculations that he is broke following claims by a technology company, MindHub Technology, that he is owning them the sum of N15million and another $240,000.

Things, however, went from bad to worse when D’banj allegedly issued a couple of postdated cheques to clear his debt hoping they would be honoured. It was when the cheques were dishonoured that MindHub Technologies decided to play it dirty, hence exposing the award winning musician.
D’banj is said to have been able to pay back only the sum of N8.6 million out of the from his N15 million debt, while a nothing has been paid on the $240,000.
The monies been talked about was collected by D’banj as an investment fund paid to the D Kings Media Limited to promote his music career.
This debt scandal is coming in a period when Don Jazzy is smiling to the bank after parting ways with Dbanj.
Interestingly, D’banj was at the unveiling ceremony of Oritsefemi who just got signed to Avatar, an entertainment and management company. However, efforts to get him speak on the issue by www.theoctopusnews.com was abortive, as he remain evasive all through his time at the venue of the event, Bowlfish Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
