Copyright Allegation: Will Tekno Respond?
Tekno is yet to respond to an allegation of copyright being levied against him.
The Made Men Music Group (MMMG), artiste recently released a song titled ‘Jogodo’, a replica of ‘Kpolongo’ released by Madmelon and Mountain Black years back.
Since the release of the new song, it has been mixed reactions.
While some hold the position that Tekno’s ‘Jogodo’ is a good remix of Madmelon and Mountain Black’s work others think it is a copyright infringement which might land him in trouble especially as no permission was taken for the use of the song.
Interestingly, Tekno has kept mum on the development.
