Nigerian comedian, Akpororo has reacted to the statement by the Nigeria Police that the line ‘No Gree For Anybody’ is likely to cause unrest.
Recall that the Spokesperson of the Nigerian Police, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, had kicked against the use of the 2024 slogan ‘No gree for anybody’. According to him, the slogan poses a threat to the peace of the country.
Reacting to Adejobi’s comment, Akpororo in a video shared on Instagram, asked if Nigerians can use the English version of the slogan which is ‘’I will not accept for anybody’.
The comedian wanted to know if Nigerians could use the English version instead of the pidgin and popularly used version, ‘No gree for anybody’
