Christians, Pastors Are The Problem Of Nigeria-Israel Oladele Ogundipe

Popular Nigerian pastor, Israel Oladele Ogundipe popular as ‘Genesis’, has attributed Nigeria’s biggest problems to Christians and pastors in particular.
Pastor Ogundipe stated this recently while ministering to his congregation at his church, Celestial Church of Christ Genesis Global.
In a video that has now gone viral, the man of God said pastors preaching against Islam are demonic. He also described such pastors as being a marketer; who arr also the major reasons there are problems in the country.
Emphasising his point; Ogundipe stated that the Bible urges Christians to be their brother’s keeper, not their Muslim brother’s keeper or their Christian brother’s keeper.
Sharing from his personal experience; Pastor Ogundipe stated that the fact that he was born a Muslim and he has now turned a Christian does not mean that when he goes to heaven other Muslims will go to hellfire.
Attributing the problems of the country on Christians; Ogundipe said: “We are blabbing that Muslims are more than us; show me the Christian banks that we have. And you go to Muslim banks and collect loans without interest; not even two per cent; you think God is a fool.
“Shame on Christians; hardly will you see Alfas bragging with money; but you will see Christians; pastors saying look at my shoes; look at my one million Naira diamond; and you will hear members shouting pastor preach it; you are sick,” he went on to say.
Genesis has become popular as a young and progressive man of God in Nigeria. In recent years, his congregation has received blunt messages from the man of God.
